When will my order be mailed?
I will ship as quickly as possible. Typically this will be in one to two business days. However, there may be times that I can not get to the post office while at the mine. Then it may be an extra day or two.
What are the shipping costs?
Let’s be honest, there’s no such thing as “free shipping”, really. Shipping will be calculated based on weight and location. I ship internationally. If you get an error when you try to check out, please let me know so I can fix the shipping location. If you live locally and want to pick up your items, select local delivery for no shipping costs.
What countries do you ship to?
I ship internationally to all countries where it is legal to ship from the United States.
What shipping carriers do you use and what method?
I use USPS for all packages. The most efficient shipping method will be used, unless expedited shipping is requested.
How do I know what size the item is?
All items have dimensions (in inches) specified in the listing and/or a sizing method shown (typically a ruler with both inches and cm)
What if my slab is different from the picture and I don’t like it?
We have worked hard with the lighting and the settings on the camera so that the colors are very accurate. Individual settings may affect color viewing on various devices and we cannot predict what your device will do. If you get a slab that is significantly different than the image and you’re just not happy with it, you may return it for a refund or credit and we will refund the cost of the slab less shipping charges (see “Terms” page for specifics on returning items). This is a historically very rare event though – generally the colors are either right on, or really close.
Will you take care of me if there’s a problem?
I appreciate your business! I believe in the Golden Rule and take pride in customer service. You are the most important part of my business, so I want to know if there is a problem so that I can fix it as quickly as possible. There are few things in life that can’t be solved with patience and kindness.
Can I get a discount code?
Do I receive the actual item shown or is it a sample picture?
You will always receive the item pictured!
Do you have a physical location I can shop in?
No, we are an online only store. Saves your gasoline! However, if you are local, you may make an appointment to stop by my workshop.
