SHOPPING CART HOLDS

Items in your shopping cart will be on hold for 60 minutes.  This will allow you time to peruse the website and make your selections, while ensuring that any products that were selected and then disegarded are restocked for new sales.

ORDER TIMELINE

I will typically ship the next day.  However, I work a full time job in addition to this, and sometimes I travel.  If it will be more than two days past the order date, I will contact you to be sure you are aware of the delay in shipping.  All packages ship via USPS via either first class or priority mail (depending on several factors such as weight, size, or value). If it is urgent that we ship on another day, contact us and we may be able to make an exception.

PRODUCT SIZE

All items have dimensions in the listing and/or a sizing method shown (typically a ruller with inches and cm)

SHIPPING (USA & Canada at this time)

We use USPS for all packages.  Shipping is calculated based on weight and location.

RETURNS

Our return policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  Since every item we sell is completely unique and there are no two alike, exchanges are not applicable.  There is no return or exchange on gift cards.  Any item not in its original condition, damaged or altered, for reasons not due to our error will receive only a partial refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Email us for a RMA number and the return shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item $50 or more, you should strongly consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.  We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  All shipping companies do from time to time, lose or damage packages, and we cannot be responsible for those situations.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days from notification.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

I do my very best to package items so that they are not damaged in shipping.  However, sometimes this happens despite our best efforts.  If you received a product that is damaged, please contact me right away.  If possible, I will submit an insurance claim with USPS and you will be reimbursed or your product will be replaced with a similar product.
